Prices went up about $10 for every service. Same service though. Going to other carwashes that are still affordable.
Clean and friendly great workers
Allowed my car to leave the lot with tree sap on it. I went back and asked for help getting it off. Then was told I need to pay an extra $20 to get it off. After paying $90 for wash and shampoo, plus $20 in tips. I thought the responsible thing would be to inform me of sap before leaving, they had to wipe over it after wash. But no let me leave with it all over my hood and not offer to get it off. Instead of making it right and getting the drops off the car when I came back as a good gesture for not informing me of the sap in first place, they reinforce that I must pay the $20 for them to take it off...Worst customer service I've seen in a while. I'm definitley taking my business elsewhere and any referrals I gave/give out.
