Sign says office hours start 7 am on Sunday, wanted to drop off clothes but the drama queen employee who is normally there sundays sat in her car till almost 730 chain smoking and blabbing on her phone in her car.. this lady is very unprofessional.. gossiping with regulars about other employees or on the phone all shift long.. won't be going back
Run away from this place!!. All of my bed sheets are now ruined with bleach marks all over. I thought it was a good deal to leave all of my clothes to be washed and folded but soon I started to realize some clothes were just dumped into high heat, shrunk and damaged. All my new sheets and pillowcases have now bleach patches. VERY FRUSTRATING! Now they are asking to see where my tickets are from last pickup...
